The company acted as a consultant to Swansea University from 2007 to 2015 working primarily on the University’s Bay campus project.

Work on phase 1 of the project, a £250m investment, involved business planning, financial modelling, project management and assistance with negotiations with a range of stakeholders including Welsh Government, contractors and professional service companies.  The company’s involvement in phase 2 of the project centred on the new Computer Science Department, a £30m investment, and focussed mainly on preparation of a proposal to utilise European Structural Funds to support the building’s construction.  This building is due to open in 2019.
